Well, I can hardly understand what it says, but Gratzie, anyway :)
I can tell you are describing the Colour coded identity card system and the discrimination around it.
But that's because the words are similar to english :)

but arabic, unlike english and italian, is not written in roman script and is not derived from latin roots- that's why i could understand. :)
